Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

ZOLU Medical Aesthetics provides non-surgical cosmetic treatments that are clinical in nature and tailored to each individual. As such, results may vary and are not guaranteed. By booking a treatment, you acknowledge that aesthetic outcomes are subjective and influenced by individual response, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
Refunds are not issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with results where treatment has been provided safely, appropriately, and in accordance with clinical guidelines. This policy complies with UK consumer protection laws and healthcare regulations applicable to sole trader medical aesthetics providers.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Deposits

A £50 deposit is required to secure your treatment appointment following a complimentary consultation.
•     This deposit is deducted from the total treatment cost.
•     Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment.
•     Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Treatment Payments
•     Full payment is due on the day of treatment, prior to leaving the clinic.
•     Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash only.
•     Promotional offers or discounts must be applied before payment is made.
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
•     A treatment was not provided due to a clinical decision made by the

practitioner (e.g. contraindications discovered on the day).
•     A duplicate payment was made in error.
•     A genuine administrative error occurred on our part.
Refunds will not be issued for:
•     Change of mind after treatment has been administered
•     Perceived lack of results where treatment was delivered correctly and safely
•     Failure to follow aftercare advice
•     Adverse outcomes that fall within the known risks discussed during consultation
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
•     Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
•     Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
•     Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Discretionary Refunds
Any refund issued outside of the above criteria is at the sole discretion of ZOLU Medical Aesthetics and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
