1. Clinic Status and Legal Compliance
ZOLU Medical Aesthetics is operated by a sole trader and complies with all relevant UK regulations governing non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Treatments are administered by a qualified and insured nurse prescriber. We adhere to standards set by:
•    The General Medical Council (GMC) and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
•    The Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
•    UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
•    Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines for aesthetics marketing

2. Consultations
We offer a complimentary initial consultation to assess your suitability for treatment. This includes:
•    A full medical history review
•    Discussion of treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes
•    Opportunity to ask questions and receive personalised advice
Please note: A consultation does not guarantee treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if deemed clinically inappropriate.

3. Booking and Deposits

Following your complimentary consultation, a £50 deposit is required to secure your treatment appointment. This deposit:
•    Is deducted from the total treatment cost
•    Must be paid at the time of booking
•    Is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

4. Payments
•    Full payment must be made prior to leaving the clinic on the day of treatment
•    Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash only
•    Treatment prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking
•    Promotional offers or discounts must be applied before payment is mad

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
•    Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty
•    Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit [Refund Policy]
•    Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

6. Medical Suitability and Results
•    All treatments are subject to medical assessment and clinical discretion
•    Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed
•    You must inform us of any changes to your health or medications prior to treatment

7. Aftercare
Strict adherence to aftercare instructions is essential to ensure optimal results and minimise risks. Aftercare guidance will be provided verbally and in writing following your treatment. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your outcome and increase the risk of complications. ZOLU Medical Aesthetics is not liable for adverse effects resulting from non-compliance with aftercare protocols.

8. Liability and Insurance
ZOLU Medical Aesthetics holds full professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We are not liable for:
•    Adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or medications
•    Failure to follow aftercare advice
•    Personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises
